Acceptance

By using AgentRender, requesting an API key, joining the waitlist, or completing a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

AgentRender provides screenshot, PDF, and structured extract for public URLs over REST and Model Context Protocol (MCP), including a ChatGPT-compatible remote MCP endpoint. Features, quotas, and interfaces may change as the product evolves.

Accounts and API keys

• Keep API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your keys.
• Do not share keys in public chats, repositories, or pages.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or revoke keys for abuse, unpaid invoices, security risk, or Terms violations.

Acceptable use / fair use

• Lawful use only.
• No attacking sites, probing for vulnerabilities, or denial-of-service activity via the service.
• No bypassing access controls, authentication, or technical restrictions on third-party sites.
• No unlawful harvesting of personal data.
• Respect third-party site terms and applicable law when submitting URLs.
• No malware or harmful payloads.
• Respect rate limits and plan quotas; we may throttle or revoke abusive usage.

Public URLs and network protections

AgentRender is intended for public URLs. SSRF and network protections may block private networks, link-local addresses, cloud metadata endpoints, and similar non-public targets. Circumventing those protections is prohibited.

Plans, quotas, and Stripe billing

• Free and paid plans include monthly render quotas and rate limits as described on the pricing page (subject to change with notice on the site).
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout.
• Cancel or manage your subscription via Stripe’s customer portal or the management links on your Stripe receipts.
• Fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

Intellectual property

• You retain rights to content you submit and to outputs generated for your use from those submissions, subject to third-party rights in the underlying pages.
• We do not claim ownership of your renders or extracts.
• AgentRender branding, site content, and software remain our property or that of our licensors.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every public URL will render successfully. Early-access features may change.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTRENDER AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR AGENTRENDER IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Please contact us first; we prefer to resolve issues quickly and in good faith.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
